  • Your initial consultation is an in-depth discussion about your health story, health concerns, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll review medical history and identify key areas for deeper testing.

    After the initial intake, orders will be placed for lab testing. Once results are in, you can schedule your follow-up visit to review results and receive your personalized wellness plan designed to address underlying causes and support long-term wellness.

  • Not at this time. Virtual consultations are available for patients located in California. This allows you to receive personalized care from the comfort of your home, while still having access to comprehensive functional testing and follow-up support.

  • My practice operates as a cash-based practice and does not directly bill insurance. However, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your insurance coverage.

  • I offer both standard and advanced functional lab testing, including comprehensive blood panels, hormone testing, micronutrient analysis, and gut microbiome evaluations. These tests provide deeper insight into how your body is functioning and where imbalances may exist.

  • Yes, absolutely. It’s important that I gain a full understanding of your health history prior to adequately interpret your labs, so please book an Initial Wellness Intake.

    Once you are an established patient, you may book a Lab Interpretation Visit for any future labs ordered by me or another provider.

  • The frequency of follow-ups depends on your individual needs and health goals. Most patients start with visits every 4–6 weeks to assess progress and adjust treatment as needed.

    If you would like more frequent check-ins, I recommend booking the Monthly Check-ins add-on to your package. This provides three 20 minute 1:1 check-ins to monitor progress to ensure wellness plan is on track.

  • No. Supplements, labs, and specialty testing are billed separately and tailored to your specific needs. Pricing will be discussed before any testing is ordered.

  • Yes. I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in California.

  • Yes, absolutely. I believe that collaboration is key to achieving the best outcomes. When appropriate, I’m happy to coordinate care with your primary care provider, specialists, or other practitioners to ensure your treatment plan is safe, integrated, and aligned with your overall health goals.
